Webアプリケーションエンジニアとして活動。Ruby と Rails が得意。最近は Redmine 本体やプラグイン、周辺ツールの開発を中心に行っている。Redmineでは、新機能の開発だけでなく、CIの整備（安定化と高速化）にも取り組んでいる。
